Next Working Day Courier Delivery
Orders placed and paid for online by credit card,
debit card or PayPal are eligible for next working
day courier delivery to qualifying mainland destinations.
Order by 4pm, Monday–Friday
for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after 4pm will normally be processed
on the following working day.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will
normally be processed on the next working day.
Orders despatched on Friday may arrive on Saturday,
depending on the courier and delivery location.
Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.
Next working day delivery is subject to stock
availability and delivery location. Remote and
offshore destinations are excluded.
Courier Delivery Times
Our couriers operate seven days a week, with
deliveries typically taking place between
8am and 8pm.
Delivery dates and times may vary depending on
the courier service and destination. Weekend
deliveries may be available but are not guaranteed.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on your order value
excluding VAT and your delivery destination.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
If our courier is unable to deliver your order,
it may be returned to Mediq.
If this happens, please contact our Customer Care Team
so we can investigate and arrange redelivery
where appropriate.
Redelivery is subject to confirmation of the
correct delivery address and the circumstances
of the unsuccessful delivery attempt.
Additional charges may apply where an order
has been refused or incorrect delivery
information has been provided.
Trade Account Customers
Standard Scheduled Deliveries
Most Trade Account customers receive their orders
through our scheduled delivery service, with
deliveries made on their agreed delivery days.
Orders are delivered in accordance with your
existing account arrangements.
Alternative & Next Working Day Delivery
Need your order sooner?
Next working day delivery
may be available at an additional charge, subject
to stock availability and delivery location.
Order cut-off: 12 noon, Monday–Friday
for next working day delivery requests.
After placing your online order, please contact
our Customer Care Team to discuss alternative
delivery arrangements and any additional charges.
Next working day delivery requests are subject
to availability and confirmation by our team.
Delivery Charges
Most Trade Account customers benefit from
free standard scheduled deliveries
as part of their agreed account arrangements.
Where delivery charges apply, these will
automatically be calculated at checkout when
you are logged into your account.
Alternative or next working day delivery may
incur an additional charge, which will be
confirmed by our Customer Care Team.
Scheduled Delivery Arrangements
If your account has agreed scheduled delivery
days, these arrangements will continue to apply
unless an alternative delivery service has
been confirmed.
