• Kliniderm^® foam silicone border flexible consists of a soft silicone wound contact layer, an absorbent polyurethane foam pad, a non–woven layer and a layer with superabsorbent fibers.
• The wound pad has unique Z–shaped cuts that allow for a more flexible dressing.
• The outer layer is a vapour permeable waterproof film.
• Kliniderm^® foam silicone border flexible is a sterile wound dressing that absorbs exudate, maintains a moist wound healing environment, and acts as a barrier to liquid and microorganisms.
• The wound contact surface is coated with a layer of soft silicone that does not stick to the wound. This soft silicone layer is slightly tacky, which facilitates application and retention of the dressing to intact skin, but does not cause epidermal stripping or pain on removal.
