Directions for Use:

• Only assemble the lid when the container is ready for disposal.
• When disposing of a placenta, place it inside the bag provided and securely tie the bag with a knot.
• When the container is full, position the lid and press firmly around all edges until an audible click confirms it is securely closed.
• When the container is first put into use, complete the relevant section of the label with the site, area, name and start date.
• Once the container is securely closed and ready for disposal, complete the remaining section of the label with the name and closing date.
